ZIMAH Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zimahearrings@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the fault

We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra cost to you. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch.
